  • Oversee rates for RFPs and costing (mail chimp).
  • Oversee the collection of bids for dedicated opportunities.
  • Oversee the Logging of carrier lane preferences in Admin (spreadsheet for now).
  • Track quarterly objectives & key results (OKRs).

Full Job Description

Load Coverage:
• Pre-book loads.
• Finding backhauls for dedicated carriers (reloads).
• Log offers and approve offers.
• Assign carriers, Dispatch driver: See SOP.
• Sending rate cons & verify info with dispatcher and driver.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure on time pick up and delivery.
• Carrier Accessorials & Paperwork:
• Getting lumper, detention, and other accessorials approved.
• Paying out carriers.
• Collecting PODs.
• Carrier Engagement:
• Manage carrier scorecard.
• Conduct monthly carrier reviews if needed.
• Carrier Development:
• Build density on dedicated lanes.
• Manage Mailchimp contacts to be more efficient.
• Oversee rates for RFPs and costing (mail chimp).
• Oversee the collection of bids for dedicated opportunities.
• Oversee the Logging of carrier lane preferences in Admin (spreadsheet for now).
• Quarterly Objectives & Key Results (OKRs):
• # loads per day above 12.
• Gross Profit AVG above 10.50%.
• Tracking above 80%.
• Fall off ratio under 5%.
