  • Serve as the primary contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring confidence through various communication channels.
  • Deliver a personalized client experience, communicating effectively on project progress, results, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Partner with sales, Account Management, SEO, Design, and Development teams to ensure successful website launches.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and support best practices in SEO, SEM, web design and development, analytics, and video.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing and B2B industry trends to enhance expertise and credibility.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience in managing and delivering projects on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
  • Extensive experience as the primary client contact.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, web design, and development.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects with varying scopes, budgets, and timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to perform root-cause analysis and develop effective solutions.

Preferred

  • Previous work experience at a marketing agency or specifically in Project Management.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics & lead qualification tools; Google Analytics Certification a plus
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools like Clickup, Mavenlink, Basecamp, Monday.com, and/or Trello
  • A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and/or common Content Management Systems

As a Web Design & Development Project Manager, you will lead clients through website projects that enhance their online presence and generate qualified leads. From project inception to post-launch, you'll collaborate with clients, guide teams, and coordinate across departments to ensure successful outcomes and exceptional client experiences.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead Website Projects: Oversee the strategic planning and execution of multiple website development projects, managing timelines, budgets, and client priorities.

What You Bring:
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing and delivering projects on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards. Skilled in guiding teams and having constructive conversations to achieve goals.
  • Familiarity with Project Frameworks: Knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, gained through experience, coursework, or continuing education.
