  • Review and cross verify accuracy of Starts
  • Ensures cost control measures
  • Daily reporting
  • Supports Purchasing Team and Managers
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • Basic working knowledge of purchasing policies, processes, and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in purchasing: Home Building preferred

Preferred

  • Hyphen BRIX/BuildPro experience
