Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Ability to prioritize and pivot effectively
  • Confidence communicating effectively with people from all walks of life
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Availability to work on-site daily, maintaining a work schedule that is agreed on with manager
  • Availability to work approximately 1 weekend per month
  • Availability to travel approximately 2 times per year if needed

This role will work out of our Denver, Colorado facility and will support the organization by ensuring that our facility is a welcoming space for multiple stakeholder groups, building a full schedule of well-attended events, and maintaining a solid base of volunteers to run programs. The ideal candidate will excel at navigating dynamic systems and processes and working with people from varied backgrounds. SALARY AND BENEFITS
