DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY The Aftermarket Sales Executive will ideally meet or exceed sales objectives by promoting and selling CCG's Aftermarket and Parts Solutions through professional sales techniques and long-term customer relationships to assigned accounts and new business development efforts. This position will be a key member of CCG Aftermarket Parts Group, with effective communication, and thorough, expedient problem resolution.

Essential Functions Statement(s) - Meeting and exceeding the part sales quotas for assigned accounts.
- Implement new stocking plans for assigned accounts.
- Actively prospect and develop new accounts for CCG Aftermarket and Parts solutions to be purchased.
- Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
- Provide cross functional support in to help grow the Aftermarket Business
- Travel to customer offices to review quotas, develop new plans, etc.
- Provide cross functional support across all business units within CCG
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: - Bachelors Degreed Required
Experience: - Three to five years in Sales Position
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry required
- Parts Sales for a HVAC Manufacturer strongly preferred
Computer Skills:- Skilled with MS Office
- Familiar with ERPs
Certificates & Licenses:Other Requirements:- Excellent written and oral communication skills
