Nursing Unit Manager - Emory Campus

Our Full-time Nursing Unit Manager is Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm. This position does require a current LPN or RN license.

Nursing Unit Manager qualifications include:
• Current Georgia or unencumbered LPN or RN License
• 2 years of experience working in LTC/skilled nursing community
• 1 year of Supervisory/Management experience in LTC/Skilled nursing community
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders, experience working in a Person-directed care community preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork with fellow RN, LPN and CNA care partners
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred)
• Strong leadership, organization and time management skills
