  • Develops and implements regional sales strategies to meet organizational objectives
  • Closes sales in a timely manner.
  • Establishes and maintains trust with customers and employees.
  • Build and maintains positive customer relationships.
  • Tracks quotes weekly.
  • Adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Updates and maintains customer files and contact lists.
  • Remains current on consumer preferences by attending department meetings and product training sessions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably as a Regional Sales Manager.
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience preferably in the plumbing/PVF wholesale markets.
