Sales Associate, Part Time - Houston Galleria

The Role

At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well" and we can't do that without our specialist teams.

At this time, we're on the lookout for a Part Time, Sales Associate to work with Sarah from our Houston, Texas team.

*The store is located on Level 1, of the Houston Galleria Mall - across from Starbucks Coffee. The best mall entrance is located across by the Westin Hotel - Yellow Parking Garage; Located at: 5061 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77056.

What you will be doing

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and be the touch point for each and every customer. Our Part Time, Sales Associates will be provided training to support our clients with a warm welcome, product advice, and a great cashier experience. You will also begin to learn about measuring and styling in this team environment. Your natural interest in providing exceptional service will mean you always put the customer first representing the CT Brand. Your role will also including general store operations such as restocking and shipment.

What we are looking for

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Associate who can connect with our customers, work well within a team and share our passion for menswear sales. Previous experience in a similar retail position is an advantage to this role. Interest in menswear styling is helpful, but training will be provided.
