  • Supervise & conduct training on skills improvement, inbound and outbound sales, multi-product platform sales, product & marketing topics
  • Leverage Salesforce.com, Gong, and other enterprise systems to accurately forecast your team's weekly key metrics including sales activities, pipeline development, and conversion rates
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing and the Litmus platform

  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results in order to drive changes in team behaviors and achieve growth plans

What would I do at Litmus?

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to join our growing team. In this role, you'll oversee a team of six Account Executives and set the bar high, while holding your team accountable for pipeline creation and exceeding their monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. You'll focus on selling into large organizations with 10,000 or more employees, building strong and trusted relationships with prospects, customers, and the revenue organization to ensure success.
