Koddi is seeking a Senior Program Manager responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and executing programs within the Koddi Ads business. This role involves overseeing client relationships, accelerating program revenue realization, developing and implementing Go-To-Market strategies, and leading collaborative efforts across various departments. Responsibilities

  • Oversee client relationships regarding program management, feature development, testing, integration, and advertiser performance
  • Accelerate program revenue realization by recognizing potential areas for growth, evaluating market conditions, and developing business plans to gain client buy in
  • Develop, implement, and operationalize Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
  • Report directly to the Director of Koddi Ads: assist in shaping the overall strategy of the business unit and collaborate with Koddi leadership on our most strategic initiatives
  • Lead collaborative efforts across various departments, including operations, sales, marketing, product, design, research, engineering, and analytics
  • Seek to foster consensus with cross functional stakeholders through convincing data-backed arguments
  • Implement a culture of operational excellence through a hands-on approach
  • Be a strategic thinker: understand partner needs and prioritize them based on impact
  • Lead by example through analytical skills: build models to assess project success, set and communicate new goals based on analysis

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, advertising or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive work experience preferably in the area of business analysis, customer success, or strategy & operations management
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • Knowledge of software delivery and customer success processes, workflows and terminology
  • Experience coordinating multiple business functions to resolve client issues and develop new services and solutions
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and help others handle it
  • Ability to define/build process from 0 to 1
  • Ability to create clarity to drive faster more impactful decisions
  • Self-motivator with strong work ethic and the ability to multitask
  • Organized with outstanding attention to detail
