Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or five or more years of work experience
  • Five or more years of relevant work experience such as real estate, telecommunications or contractual negotiation work
  • Highly organized and the ability to thrive while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Self-sufficient and able to think of outside the box solutions to resolve issues
  • Ability to manage multiple small scale projects to completion
  • Familiar with working with and handling legal documents
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, leases and financial documents
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets with the ability to create a working tracker using functions such as VLOOKUP or MATCH. Knowledge in Pivot Tables is a plus

Description:



As a Property Management Specialist, you will have a key role in supporting wireless real estate in the busy and challenging Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota markets. Your daily work will involve interacting with and managing landlords, processing contracts and real estate documents, resolving landlord disputes, and supporting various property management requests such as access issues, financial resolutions and contract inquiries. You will interface with RF engineers, RE specialists, PM's, Construction, Network Assurance, Regulatory specialists, Landlords and vendors. You will need to work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve property issues as they arise.



Must have prior Property Management and Real Estate Contracts experience. Good customer service and organizational skills required. Must have intermediate to advanced computer efficiency to be able to adapt to Client-owned tools such as FUZE SPM, NetSites and NetDocs. Experience in telecom real estate is required in order to understand and help resolve site issues and requests.
