This Technical Sales Representative position is responsible for creating new clients/leads as well as adding services to existing clients. Services include Data Center, Unified Communications, Disaster Recovery, Network Security, and Anything as a Service (Xaas). The role is 100% remote and open to local candidates in the Boca Raton, FL area. The position involves business development, sales, client relationships, technical support, and customer management, with travel primarily during the business day, including some out-of-area and overnight travel.
Responsibilities
- Locate new opportunities for the company by visiting existing and new customers.
- Be responsive to the customers' needs and follow through on all aspects of request, both written and verbal.
- Make presentations to various groups as needed.
- Act as technical representative to the customer during the initial contact as needed.
- Have direct contact with people of all levels, both internally and externally, and work with appropriate business groups.
- Do other duties as assigned.
- Travel primarily during the business day, although out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. Some of the travel may be international.
Qualifications
Required
- B.S. in business/technical/sales or equivalent in education and experience.
- Experience with Sales Capacity, Personal Effectiveness/Credibility, Project Management, Client Relationship, Communication Proficiency, Teamwork Orientation, Technical Capacity, and Time Management.
- IT Sales experience is a big plus.

This Technical Sales Representative position is responsible for creating new clients/leads as well as adding services to existing clients. This position is 100% Remote and only open for local candidates in the Boca Raton, FL area.
Technical Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Business Development and Sales: Be responsible for locating new opportunities for the company by visiting existing and new customers.
