This is done by correctly processing back-office account updates, maintenance, client requests and paperwork. The position is designed to support various departments across the company including operations, portfolio management, advisor, and tax teams as our company’s needs require.
The ideal candidate has previous financial services experience, including familiarity with portfolio accounting systems, back-office operations, financial lingo, understanding of financial transactions and settlement, as well as exceptional client service experience.
