RESPONSIBILITIES:



Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) monitor and wean Oxygen Therapy and artificial ventilation. The RRT draws, analyzes, and reports Arterial Blood Gases and EKG tests. RRT job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Deliver intermittent therapy and assist with changing of artificial airways

  • Perform routine and advanced therapeutic procedures according to established policy and procedure and CPR and bag-mask ventilation

  • RRT operates, maintain, and repair respiratory equipment to ensure proper static functioning, cleanliness, and operation
