AMSOIL is seeking a motivated and self-driven Inside Sales Representative for the Industrial team.   • Prospect leads through cold-calling, web research and follow-up on other forms of lead generation.
  • Input, use and maintain information in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage customer leads.
  • Close leads or distribute qualified leads to other Industrial sales team members.
  • Manage and grow a base of business consisting of new and existing accounts
  • Train new Industrial employees on CRM usage, key department metrics and the AMSOIL sales process when appropriate.
  • Closely partner with marketing groups to create sales collateral and tradeshow content.
  • Give presentations to prospects, customers, and AMSOIL team members.
  • Complete related administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a sales, business, marketing or other relevant field
  • 2 or more years of related experience in industrial sales, including sales, field based technical support, and/or lead generation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Must be a motivated and a self-starter
  • Work in an organized fashion
  • Possess a keen attention to detail
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills

AMSOIL is adding an Inside Sales Representative to the Industrial team. This is the perfect role for a motivated and self-driven individual looking to advance a career in sales. Not only will this person research, prospect and qualify customer leads, but will also be responsible for a portion of account management. This is a hybrid position which does require reporting to the offices located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at least three days per week.
