Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 3-10 years of experience in a relevant capacity within the asset management space.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other office management software.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Our client is a leading private equity firm seeking a motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support a Partner and 3 individuals on their Investment Team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team's daily activities inclusive of managing complex schedules, arranging travel, and handling sensitive information with discretion.


This role offers a competitive compensation package, a hybrid work environment of 3 days/week in office with 2 days/week remote, and collaborative, family oriented culture.
