  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated success with performance management
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict-management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay on task
  • Experience in food purchasing, food costs, and inventory control
  • Ability to create budgets, flash reports, financial targets, and forecasts
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and reconciliation of multiple cash banks and reports
  • Knowledge of HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of food
  • Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving
  • Exceptional business etiquette and client relations

Working as a General Manager, you will maintain the Delta Sky Club following the approved budget while meeting and exceeding the client's expectations. You will maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, clients, and other departments within the operation. Our General Managers promote the professional growth and development of the entire team. You will ensure drive a culture of consistency and exceptional guest service, every day.


  • Salary- $80,000-$85,000 *based on skill, experience, and work history
  • The lounge is open from 4:30 AM -7:30 PM - 365 days a year
  • Based on a 50-hour work week - Open availability is required
  • Work one weekend on, and one weekend off!!
  • Experience in Fine Dining and/or VIP Clubs is HIGHLY DESIRABLE
