Wallaby Search & Placement is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to join Made to Order Holdings’ Griffin-based team.   • Collaborate with company leadership to understand business needs and translate those needs into effective IT solutions.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, including networks, databases, and applications.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to protect the organization’s data and systems.
  • Conduct security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risk.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Take ownership of the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
  • Negotiate contracts with technology vendors to optimize cost and performance.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science-related field or graduate of IT technical school.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency with Windows PC, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 / Azure, Cisco Meraki, TCP/IP, IP Phones, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Point of Sale and Above Store systems (a plus).

Preferred

  • CompTIA+, MCA or any other relevant certifications.

Wallaby Search & Placement is seeking an experienced and driven Information Technology Manager to join Made to Order Holdings’ Griffin-based team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing hardware, software, network, and application support throughout all stores and corporate offices.


Reporting to the Facilities & Construction Manager, this role will be integrally involved in the execution of new store technology setup, ensuring the corporate network is secure and reliable, as well as overseeing third-party IT vendors and services. The IT Manager will develop strategic plans and implement objectives for the IT needs of the company to ensure technology capabilities are responsive to the needs of the company’s growth objectives.


About Made to Order Holdings

Made to Order Holdings, LLC, is a licensed Whataburger franchisee that has the exclusive rights to develop and operate locations in Georgia. Sponsored by its well-capitalized ownership group, Made to Order Holdings has opened 3 Whataburger locations in the past year, and plans to open 40+ stores over the next 5-7 years, with an eye towards acquiring additional territories going forward. This venture will bring one of the nation’s most beloved QSR brands to the Atlanta area and beyond.

You Have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science-related field, graduate of IT technical school, or experience commensurate with the position requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience including:
  • Windows PC
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft 365 / Azure
  • Cisco Meraki
  • TCP/IP
  • IP Phones
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and Zoom. Experience with Point of Sale and Above Store systems (a plus)
  • CompTIA+, MCA or any other relevant certifications (preferred, but not required)
