The SAP Planning Coordinator will support the execution of allocation strategy for core and novelty collections, monitor MRP & MDS parameters for inventory optimization, evaluate and monitor stock levels, assist with monthly inventory reconciliation, manage procurement and purchase orders, provide distributional support, and support the planning manager on inventory planning tasks. This role requires a blend of supply chain, planning, or allocation experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong communication skills, and knowledge in ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of allocation strategy for core and novelty collections
- Supports and monitors MRP & MDS parameters for inventory optimization
- Evaluate and monitor stock level at POS and E-commerce site at the SKU level and maintain healthy MOC across network
- Assist with monthly inventory reconciliation process to ensure EOY targets are achieved
- Manage all procurement and purchase orders of sellable goods from HQ
- Provide distributional support with the local DC to ensure timely deliveries
- Build strong cross functional relationships
- Support manager on all inventory planning tasks (events, client requests, internal sales)
- Support planning team on ad hoc projects
Qualifications
Required
- 1-2 year of experience in supply chain, planning or allocation role
- Experience in luxury would be a plus
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to details
- Knowledge in ERP system (ie: SAP, AS400, Anaplan )
