  • Design and execute in-depth analyses and frameworks to help clients identify and solve key business problems effectively.
  • Conduct thorough secondary research to understand therapeutic areas, disease states, and drug products relevant to the project.
  • Facilitate primary market research based on secondary research learnings to generate required insights.
  • Synthesize findings and analyses into executive presentations, delivering evidence-based narratives.
  • Collaborate with Principals, Managers, and Consultants to develop project proposals.
  • Manage client expectations confidently with mentorship and supervision.
  • Support senior team members (Consultants and Managers) in client management.
  • Effectively work with internal teams across the US and internationally to deliver impactful client solutions.
  • Proactively contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Take ownership of internal practice development and capability-building initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor Associates on the team.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's or master's degree, ideally with coursework in quantitative, business, or other related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience working with forecasting models for pharmaceutical products.
  • In-depth knowledge of time series forecasting techniques is a plus.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work together in teams and independently.
  • Willingness to work in a small and fast-growing organization.
  • Passionate about consulting and delivering value to drive client business.
