Qualifications

Required

  • 3-5+ years of experience in facilities management or office services, ideally within a law firm or corporate setting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with facilities management software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
