We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for mission-critical initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver impactful solutions that align with both customer needs and business goals. Your deep understanding of technical products will enable you to deliver innovative, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Product Strategy Development: Define and lead product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals and business objectives.
• Product Roadmap Ownership: Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product roadmap, communicating key milestones and updates to stakeholders across the organization.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other key stakeholders to develop product specifications, manage resources, and oversee product execution.
• Customer-Focused Innovation: Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market trends evaluations to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to drive product decisions, validate hypotheses, and ensure product features deliver measurable value.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring product requirements are clearly understood and executed.
• Agile Product Management: Lead and mentor teams in Agile product development processes, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of product initiatives.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential product risks, develop mitigation strategies, and continuously assess the impact of product decisions on long-term goals.

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful products.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, with a focus on collaboration, clear communication, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop a product strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.
• Execution Focus: Proven ability to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and work with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in analyzing market data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform product decisions and validate product-market fit.
• Agile Expertise: Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Tools Experience: Familiarity with product management tools such as Linear and Notion and collaboration tools like Slack and Figma.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

• Growth Experience at a Startup: Experience working in a startup environment working through product development and growth lifecycles.
• Advanced Data Analysis: Experience using data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau) to track performance, create product KPIs, and generate insights.
• Leadership in Complex Projects: Experience managing large-scale projects or products with multiple stakeholders in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Customer-Centric Product Development: Track record of developing products that solve real customer problems while driving business growth.
• Global Product Experience: Experience working on global products or products with large user bases across multiple regions.
• Experience working at an InsurTech is strongly preferred

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to the base salary, Harbor offers PTO, sick time, a hybrid work environment (in-office in the NYC area 1-2 days per week), medical, dental and vision benefits for the employee, as well as access to an employee equity pool.
