Investor Relations Senior Associate

Our client is a multi-billion $ private credit fund based in New York City. The investment strategy employs a flexible approach across the credit spectrum and market cycles. This person will be part of a small Investor Relations & fundraising team.

This position presents excellent career growth opportunity to LP coverage. Key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain marketing materials including presentations, PPM, due diligence questionnaire, portfolio company data, and other data room materials
• Prepare presentation and support materials for investor meetings
• Attend and support prospect and investor meetings
• Quarterback responses to inquiries related to product offerings, including due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, and ad hoc diligence requests
• Help to identify investor prospects
• Assist in preparation for and attend prospect/investor meetings
• Ability to be part of the global relationship manager team -can go raise $ for us once confidence is there
• Ability to learn about global LPs and be a global RM vs domestic region or sleeve.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor degree
• Must have 5+ years of total work experience and must have experience in an investor relations role at a top private credit investments firm or placement agent.
