  • Lead communication with media agency and creative teams, ensuring that all ads are launched in a timely manner and that best practices are followed.
  • Consistently manage workflows with creative teams and production teams and meet agency SLAs for campaigns.
  • Regularly conduct research and due diligence to identify Paid Social innovation opportunities and best practices.
  • Partner with Paid Social Senior Managers on monthly budget and performance forecasting.
  • Lead the standardization of social reporting and weekly insights across brands.
  • Establish and drive continuous improvements to creative workflows.
  • Support Director in sharing paid social insights for the portfolio.

Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years marketing experience
  • 3+ years experience in paid social
  • Experience planning and executing paid social media campaigns
  • Knowledge of paid social channels, creative best practices, and trends
  • Experience in a highly complex, matrixed organization with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to drive change
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

About Marketing Shared Services/Media Shared Services Marketing is undergoing a major transformation and is seeking exceptional talent for the newly formed Marketing Shared Services organization.

Marketing Shared Services is a centralized team that will lead the standardization and innovation of key functions, including Media, Marketing Enablement, and Marketing Intelligence, across all four of iconic brands.

Within the Marketing Shared Services organization, the Media Shared Services group will consist of a combination of centralized and embedded resources that will drive a consistent approach to media planning and activation across the portfolio.

The team will leverage strategic acumen, deep functional expertise, and scale across the organization to be a demonstrable force multiplier for the brands it serves.

About the Role

The Manager, Paid Social is responsible for end-to-end management of Social ad trafficking across multiple brands, and standardizing performance reporting across our portfolio of brands.

Sitting within the broader Marketing Shared Services organization, this role is part of a new approach for providing a centralized activation arm for Paid Social investment across brands.

In this role, you will work closely with the Sr Managers, Paid Social, brand creative and production teams, and Media Agency partners to drive efficiency and effectiveness in all Paid Social.

What You’ll Do
