Full Job Description

Job Title: Payroll Coordinator

Location: New York, NY 10004

Duration: 3 Months with high possibility of extension

Shift Time: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Range: $27 to $32/Hour on W2


Job Description:

Brooklyn floater which means they will be used for coverage in the 3 Brooklyn hospitals but will train and be stationed in Jacobi hospital in the Bronx when not covering.

3 years of experience in timesheet preparation and reconciliation; payroll preparation; customer service with employees and relevant software skills.


Skills:

Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries which includes accuracy of payments, leave balance inquiries, forms, timekeeping system assistance etc.

Customer service and timekeeping/payroll background is required.

Other assignments as necessary.

Advanced communication and computer skills required.


Education:

High School Diploma/GED required; College graduate preferred.
