Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Software Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to join our talented engineering team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will work on developing and maintaining robust software solutions that drive our aircraft systems and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET / C#, modern front-end frameworks, database management, DevOps practices, cloud technologies, domain-driven design, and test-driven development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software applications using .NET / C#, React, and Vue.
• Database Management: Develop and manage relational databases using Postgres / SQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• DevOps Practices: Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, automate processes, and ensure smooth deployment workflows.
• Cloud Technologies: Develop and deploy scalable applications on Azure, leveraging cloud services to enhance performance and reliability.
• Domain-Driven Design: Apply domain-driven design principles to create scalable, maintainable, and effective software solutions.
• Test-Driven Development: Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Technologies:
• Proficiency in .NET / C# for backend development.
• Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as React and Vue.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, including Postgres and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
• Design Principles: Familiarity with domain-driven design and its application in software development.
• Development Practices: Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and a commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable code.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of additional cloud platforms or technologies.
• Familiarity with other front-end frameworks or libraries.
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
