The Mainframe Network Administrator at Tata Consultancy Services is responsible for maintaining and supporting the Mainframe Network System, including installation, configuration, and fine-tuning of Mainframe Environments. - Install and configure Network in system side and fine-tune Mainframe Environments with debugging and problem analysis
- Work with the Network system side of Mainframe environments in a parallel sysplex environment
- Use TSO/ISPF sufficiently
- Be knowledgeable in z/OS Communication Server SNA and TCP/IP in multiple LPAR environments
- Implement and regularly review Automation and Dependency of systems
Qualifications
Required
- Deep knowledge of Mainframe Network Systems
- Experience with z/OS Communication Server SNA and TCP/IP in multiple LPAR environments
- Security knowledge, including Policy Agent and Encryption knowledge
- VTAM knowledge
