Qualifications

Required

  • 2 years current Human Resources experience with a solid understanding of related terminology.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, conscientious and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize independent discretion, judgment and knowledge of company policies and employment regulations.
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive approach, team-player attitude and professional demeanour.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willing to work weekends and holidays, as needed, dependent upon the business.

Job Location : Onsite at 4260 Port Union Road Suite 300, Fairfield OH 45011

Duration : 2 – 3 months contract on W2

Shift : 5 Days / 40 hours a week (M- F)

Rate : $24 per hour on W2 contract.
