  • Manage and track versioning of proofs and present content in weekly marketing meetings
  • Assist with audience segmentation, personalization, and measurement
  • Create digital marketing strategies that are in line with our business goals and messaging
  • Conduct A/B and multivariant tests
  • Interpret and report on performance results to the team
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, project management, and design to ensure task and project deliverables are complete
  • Manage and execute QA testing of links across device types/states at different check points in the publishing process

Qualifications

Required

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in an eCommerce environment, focusing on digital marketing and analytics
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business or relevant field of study
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills
  • Process Mindset with the ability to define/document processes, execute against processes, and suggest process changes for continuous improvement
  • Effective Communication Skills both written and verbal, with the ability to work with other teams cross-functionality
  • Organized and Accountable with the ability to manage timelines, self-pride in work, ownership of deliverables within a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solver with the ability to make recommendations, bias for action, positive attitude towards challenges
  • Basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
