Qualifications

Required

  • Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers
  • Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math CS orientation
  • Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, proficient with Microsoft Office

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a telephonic or personal customer contact position

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Remote

Schedule: Training: 8:30am-5pm Post-training: Mix of 8:30am-5pm and 9am-5:30pm, will have rotating Saturday & will get alternate day off during week

Pay rate: $17/hr

Start: October 7, 2024
