- Ensures productivity, revenue generation, and quality levels are met in order to meet and exceed customer and the company's expectations.
Qualifications
Required
- Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers
- Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math CS orientation
- Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, proficient with Microsoft Office
Preferred
- Previous experience in a telephonic or personal customer contact position

Location: Remote
Schedule: Training: 8:30am-5pm Post-training: Mix of 8:30am-5pm and 9am-5:30pm, will have rotating Saturday & will get alternate day off during week
Pay rate: $17/hr
Start: October 7, 2024
