  • Pass along customer problems that rise above Customer Service Coordinator’s ability to solve to Customer Service Manager.
  • Process order tickets accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all customer requirements are met.
  • Run weekly reports on customer service operations and all open customer service tickets.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service Manager to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in scheduling customer service team activities and ensuring proper coverage.
  • Handle invoicing and billing inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer issues and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, particularly Zendesk.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets and order processing systems.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.

In this role, you will manage our Zendesk customer service software and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective interaction and support. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, processing order tickets, and coordinating with the Customer Service Manager to optimize operations.


Key Responsibilities:


- Manage Zendesk customer service software to monitor and respond to customer inquiries and support tickets in a timely manner. This position is the first line of connection for our existing customer base.

- Interact positively with customers via various channels (email, phone, chat) to address their needs and resolve issues.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, providing effective solutions and creating an exceptional customer experience.

- Passing along customer problems that rise above Customer Service Coordinator’s ability to solve to Customer Service Manager.
