The Procurement/Sourcing Specialist at Ultimate Staffing is responsible for creating forecasting/procurement models based on historical and forecasted sales information, working with contract manufacturers, managing product life cycles, and understanding shipping, logistics, and inventory management.   • Work with a global supplier base.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with uncertainty and managing dynamic situations.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 3+ years of related experience in materials management working with contract and/or OEM manufacturers, preferably in the electronics industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) and Purchasing
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite: Word, Power Point, expert in Excel
  • Working knowledge of modern ERP or IMS system; MISys and QuickBooks preferred
  • Experience working with a global supplier base
  • Responsive with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated individual with a focus on meeting goals and solving problems

  • High level of proficiency in MS office suite, particularly Microsoft excel to create forecasting/procurement models based off of historical and forecasted sales information.
  • Experience working with Contract manufacturers.

  • Required:
