Job Title: Customer Service Specialist - Weekend Coverage

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, or San Antonio, Texas.

Schedule: Thursday - Monday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (weekend coverage)

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Bilingual: English required

Key Job Accountabilities:

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service/indirect sales
• Background in multi-tasking environments
• Sense of urgency
• Consumer Packed Goods (CPG) experience desired.
• Ability to communicate internally and externally for excellent customer service.
