Production Supervisor

My Tier-1 automotive client is seeking a Production Supervisor with at least 3+ years of supervisory experience in an automotive plant, ideally within a Tier-1 environment.

There is one shifts available.

• B shift (Tuesday-Friday) from 6 pm-4 am: approx. anywhere between 8-12 hour shifts)

What You Will Be Doing

• Train, develop, and supervise direct reports. Provide leadership and monitor production operations to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

What We Need From You

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:

• 3+ years as a production supervisor in an automotive plant OR team leader role.
• Working knowledge of Lean, basic problem solving and continuous improvement tools (e.g. 5-Why, Fishbone, TPM, 5S etc)
• Tier 1 background
