We are looking for a 40 hours per week Remote Office Assistant
Compensation : $45.94/Hr
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Maintaining and updating files and records
(planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure
effective sprint planning and review.
• Answering calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls
ensuring clarity and understanding among the team.
• Sorting and distributing incoming emails and preparing outgoing emails
promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Using office equipment like facsimile machines, printers, photocopiers, and
computers progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Organizing travel for individuals or teams
and with stakeholders using digital tools, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
• Arranging appointments and managing calendars
encouraging a positive and collaborative environment.
• Organizing conferences and trade shows
development to enhance product quality.
• Handling basic bookkeeping tasks like invoicing and
issuing checks metrics to drive improvements
