  • Document Oracle Business Suite configurations, support information, and customizations per BSD IT standards.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and application development teams to ensure proper unit, system, user acceptance, and performance testing.
  • Assist in the orientation and training of Oracle end-users when necessary.
  • Document and assess requests for new capabilities, helping to evaluate their value to the organization.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 3 years in an ERP-related role, ideally with Oracle E-Business Suite development or as a Business Analyst.
  • Functional configuration experience in at least one of the following Oracle E-Business Suite modules (preferably release 12.2+): AR, GL, FA, Projects, or Grants.
  • Technical understanding of Oracle tables, APIs, and development guidelines.
  • Experience providing day-to-day end-user support.
  • Ability to develop and debug complex SQL queries and PL/SQL packages.
  • Familiarity with RICEWF objects such as Oracle Reports, BI Publisher reports, Forms and/or OAF Extensions, Interfaces, and Workflow.
  • U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders only

Education:

  • Degree: B.S. in Information Technology, Accounts Payable, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
