Position Overview:
As an ERP Analyst II, your role is to support the development, maintenance, and deployment of functionalities related to BSD’s Oracle E-Business Suite, with a specific focus on Supply Chain Management. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance processes and improve overall business efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in an ERP-related role, ideally with Oracle E-Business Suite development or as a Business Analyst.
- Functional configuration experience in at least one of the following Oracle E-Business Suite modules (preferably release 12.2+): AR, GL, FA, Projects, or Grants.
- Technical understanding of Oracle tables, APIs, and development guidelines.
- Experience providing day-to-day end-user support.
- Ability to develop and debug complex SQL queries and PL/SQL packages.
- Familiarity with RICEWF objects such as Oracle Reports, BI Publisher reports, Forms and/or OAF Extensions, Interfaces, and Workflow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Oracle cloud technologies and tools.
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate business requirements, determining the approach to meet them with Oracle capabilities and customizations.
- Develop, test, and implement new Oracle capabilities and configurations.
- Investigate and resolve Oracle Business Suite functionality, data, and interface issues.
- Collaborate with business users to identify improvements or new functionalities that benefit the organization.
- Assist in developing recommendations, business cases, and estimates for new functionalities and changes.
- Document Oracle Business Suite configurations, support information, and customizations per BSD IT standards.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and application development teams to ensure proper unit, system, user acceptance, and performance testing.
- Assist in the orientation and training of Oracle end-users when necessary.
- Document and assess requests for new capabilities, helping to evaluate their value to the organization.

Education:
- Degree: B.S. in Information Technology, Accounts Payable, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
