About the Role:

Job Title: Technical Lead

Minimum Qualifications: (8+ years of experience)

• Restful APIs
• Java (v. 17 most ideally)
• Spring Boot
• Swagger
• GraphQL
• Kafka or similar

Responsibilities:

• Organization/Oversight: Juggle multiple projects and timelines at once, successfully. Strong communication skills. Organize around delivery, manage different timelines/projects, without letting things slip through the cracks.
• Leadership: Provide oversight, direction, and mentorship to more junior team members. Coordinate/delegate technical work based on team members' abilities/time zones but still able/willing to jump in and get hands dirty with the team.
• Planning: Create work plans/loads for people. Write tickets and assignment of tasks - thorough 'what' and 'why' behind every ticket for minimal back and forth & quick execution. Do detailed analysis. Release creation, edits, and execution.

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $145,000 – $150,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
