**Job Description**

- Perform HVAC and plumbing repairs and replacements.

- Conduct compressor repairs and furnace installations.

- Carry out general maintenance and repairs in various areas of residential construction, including plumbing/sewer, electrical, drywall, paint, carpentry, masonry, roofing, and excavation.

- Complete tasks efficiently and in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines.

**Job Type**

This is a permanent position.

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in NA, Arizona.

**Work Environment**

Our client performs work for rental properties, apartment complexes, townhouses, and single-family homes, primarily within a 30-mile radius of the metro area. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM (latest end time can be 6 PM with a later start time of 10 AM). Optional overtime or on-call work may be required when needed.
