The Registered Nurse Medical Surgical Telemetry at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital is responsible for providing quality direct patient care to the pediatric to geriatric population. Responsibilities
- Perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization.
- Comply with the performance improvement plan, Joint Commission, and other licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agencies.
- Support the Nurse Manager of the unit to manage and coordinate clinical operations.
- Provide quality direct patient care to the pediatric to geriatric population.
- Ensure all aspects of documentation, care planning, and patient care delivery meet regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive, interactive team milieu.
- Facilitate an optimal environment to support orientation, competency validation, and patient care.
Qualifications
Required
- Current CA RN License
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Education level necessary to obtain required licensure and certifications
- 1-2 years of previous experience or hired through the RN Versant Program
Preferred
- Acute Experience
- BSN

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Current CA RN License BLS and ACLS certification required.
+ Education level necessary to obtain required licensure and certifications.
+ 1-2 years of previous experience or hired through the RN Versant Program.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Acute Experience Preferred.
+ BSN preferred.
**Pay Range**
$42.11 - $73.08 /hour
