**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Current Physical Therapist License

+ Current BLS Certification

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Previous experience as a Physical Therapist.

Qualifications: MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Education: Current state licensure as a physical therapist. Will consider license applicant. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Health Care Provider. Skills: Requires critical thinking complex problem solving decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a demanding environment balance multiple priorities and take appropriate actions. Computer proficiency in word processing/typing basic application and hardware functions required for applicable care setting.

**Pay Range**

$55.77 - $63.10 /hour
