As a Manager of Pharmacy Operations at Good Samaritan Hospital, you will provide managerial support to the Director of Pharmacy and other leadership through day-to-day leadership and coordination of pharmacy workflow. Qualifications

Required

  • B.S. or PharmD Degree from an accredited college of Pharmacy.
  • 4 years' experience as a hospital pharmacist.
  • Applicable state pharmacy license.
  • Consultant License if applicable per state.

Preferred

  • ASHP accredited residency or advanced degree (MBA/MHA/MS).

**Job Summary and Qualifications**

+ You will provide managerial support to the Director of Pharmacy and other Pharmacy department leadership through day to day leadership and coordination of pharmacy workflow.

+ You will coordinator and supervise the daily activities of the Pharmacy staff delegating assignments as necessary in accordance with established policies and procedures and to maintain department productivity

+ You will be responsible for attracting and developing a team of high capable, committed supervisors and staff through recruiting and interviewing candidates that have a passion for patience and customer-centered care

+ You will manage and supervise Pharmacy operations and have responsibility for formulating and implementing institutional policy and practice at the department level, and overseeing day to day operations and workflow of the pharmacy department

**What qualifications you will need:**

+ B.S. or PharmD. Degree from an accredited college of Pharmacy required

+ 4 years' experience as a hospital pharmacy required

+ ASHP accredited residency or advanced degree (MBA/ MHA/ MS) preferred
