  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities.
  • Follow processes, project methodology, and tools defined by the BT PMO.
  • Work closely with business sponsors and leaders to drive decisions and change management.

Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years experience in program and project management in high tech software
  • Experience successfully leading multiple full-life-cycle application implementations, including SalesForce and Workday
  • Strong analytical skills to identify requirements and potential solutions with business sponsors, stakeholders, consulting partners, and project team members
  • Experience in effectively using project management tools (SmartSheet and/or MS Project) & GSuite

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a consulting company
  • MBA degree or equivalent
  • Experience leading projects with Sales & Product teams
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project team members

**Lead Project Manager is responsible for working with the business to plan and execute initiatives and projects across the organization that have enterprise applications (Workday, Salesforce, Anaplan, etc.) as a large part of the solution.   **

**Leading these enterprise-wide initiatives requires the ability to work effectively with business sponsors, stakeholders, and applications team members to define the requirements and translate into a detailed plan. You will also be responsible for leading discussions, driving decisions, and managing key activities necessary to successfully deliver the program and project results.**

**You will:**

+ Own planning and execution of multiple strategic programs and projects; including requirements, design, test and deployment with a strong focus on understanding and delivering to the business objectives and measuring outcomes

**About you:**

+ 10+ years experience program and project management in high tech software

+ Experience successfully leading multiple full-life-cycle application implementations; including SalesForce and Workday, or other enterprise scale implementations

+ Lead projects through influencing

+ Prior experience in a consulting company preferred

+ MBA degree or equivalent preferred

+ Experience leading projects with Sales & Product teams

+ Work independently and collaboratively with project team members

+ Strong analytical skills to identify requirements and potential solutions with business sponsors, stakeholders, consulting partners and project team members

+ Experience in effectively using project management tools (SmartSheet and/or MS Project) & GSuite (email, slides, docs, and sheets)

**The approximate annual base compensation range is $124,000 to $187,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.**
