Qualifications
Required
- Proficiency in various software including Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS), Case Management Software, and CompuLaw.
- Experience with billing functions, briefing, calendar management, and claim administration.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge and experience in litigation, specifically Class Action.
- Familiarity with discovery processes, including discovery requests and responses.
- Ability to draft motions efficiently and accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role or legal environment.

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Class Action Paralegal in Los Angeles, California. The selected candidate will be working on-site and will be expected to provide support in various areas including discovery, drafting motions, and legal research.
