Growing Legal Team seeks Employment Attorney *no billables!
The Employment Counsel will handle:
+ Pre-litigation employment matters (most settle)
+ Advice and counseling internally for employees across the globe
+ Administrative claims, EEOC, wage claims, audit wage claims, nationwide claims
+ Labor commission audits: benefits, sick time, labor work
+ Support compliance program to update employment policies, support labor commission audits
+ Work with unions
Location: near Arcadia (Los Angeles)
Hybrid 2-3 days/onsite in office
