Qualifications
Required

- Good driving record & history.
- Current CPR certification, based on state requirements.
- Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray.

Responsibilities
+ Drive the patient and his homecare RN to/from dialysis appointments at Davita Aurora Dialysis Center.
+ Assist the homecare RN with loading/unloading patient from the van.
+ Meet at patient's home to load him into the van and drive him to the appointment.
+ You can either stay with the patient during the appointment, or drive the van back to his house and return for it later to pick him up.
+ Return to the hospital with the van to drive patient home.
Hours
+ Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
+ 10:30am-12:30am (transport from home to appointment)
+ 3:30pm-5:30pm (transport from appointment to home)
* You can either stay clocked-in at the hospital during the appointment, or clock-out and return for second shift
Qualifications
+ Valid driver's license for the state of Colorado.
+ Good driving record & history.
+ Current CPR certification, based on state requirements.
+ Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray.
