  • Recommend and manage the research budget for the workgroup.
  • Create, align with senior leaders, and implement strategic learning plans.
  • Guide research development and execution using expertise in a wide variety of research methods.
  • Identify and test innovative tools and techniques for more efficient and effective research.
  • Manage and grow a high functioning team of Strategic Insights professionals.
  • Create a sense of direction and long-term plan for the workgroup.
  • Create and align work plans for employees that ladder up to the business goals.
  • Seek out and enable professional and functional development within the team.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 15+ years of professional experience in Consumer Insights and/or a combination of Brand Development, Marketing Strategy, Marketing, Product/Project Management
  • Experience in managing others
  • Expertise in a variety of qualitative and quantitative consumer research techniques and analytics

Preferred

  • MBA

**The Job:**

As a Senior Director, Global Brand Insights you'll be part of our Global Insights team working as a remote employee. You'll get to:
