Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role
  • Proficient in account reconciliation techniques
  • Demonstrable experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Familiarity with check runs and coding invoices
  • Skilled in data entry with attention to detail
  • Experience in invoice processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Oracle software is beneficial
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks software is advantageous
  • Familiarity with SAP software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of honesty and integrity

Preferred

  • Relevant certification or degree in finance, accounting, or related field
