Qualifications
Required
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year experience in similar settings as a Production/Pastry Cook.
- Experience using large scale industrial cooking equipment.
- Ability to serve up to 1000 people a day.
Preferred
- Culinary school / education.
- Creative chef / baker not just a recipe follower.
