Our ServiceNow Architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

**Responsibilities**

+ Defining the platform governance process and operating model for the ServiceNow environment and provide guidance on strategy.

+ Developing ServiceNow APIs, scripting languages, web services, and data formats.

+ Managing ServiceNow products, such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, IRM, VRM and SecOps

+ Providing technical guidance and support to ServiceNow developers, administrators, and users

+ Serving as an ITIL expert in the development of processes, procedures, and promote effective systems operations.

+ Managing platform health, and set direction and priorities

+ Providing strategic recommendations around technical best practices & industry trends to clients

+ Analyzing and estimate the time required to design, develop, and implement the technical solutions

+ Proposing integration and automaton with other tools whenever possible.

+ Requiring the support of the ServiceNow FedRAMP environment.

**Requirements**

+ 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect

+ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator needed.

+ 3+ years of experience delivering complex and large-scale solutions across all workflows on the ServiceNow Platform

+ 2+ years of experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow security architecture

+ Demonstrate of ServiceNow APIs, scripting languages, web services, and data formats

+ Experience as a ServiceNow developer

+ Experience with creating ServiceNow applications and integrating them with other platforms.

+ Demonstrated experience in ITIL v4

+ Experience with optimizing the ServiceNow data model and structures, proposing and convention across the development teams.

+ Manage services provided to the federal government or federal government contractor and therefore requires US Citizenship. Proof of citizenship status will be required at time of hire.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

112,700 USD

Maximum :

178,900 USD
