Qualifications
Required
- Some college required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Three to five years of related experience in an office setting; some supervisory experience preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Bachelor's degree and 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working in student services and/or supporting accommodations preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities
Loyola University Chicago School of Law is a student-focused law school inspired by the Jesuit tradition of academic excellence, intellectual openness, and service to others. The Office Coordinator for Law School Student Services is a member of the School of Law Student Services team and serves a pivotal role in carrying out the university's mission of cura personalis, care for the whole person. This position relies on exceptional executive functioning and communication skills to provide broad-based support to the unit.
The Student Services Department, under the leadership of the Assistant Dean for Student Services, is responsible for the core functional areas of academic advising, character & fitness disclosures, accommodations, oversight of student organizations, and academic integrity for JD students enrolled in the full-time and Weekend JD programs. The Office Coordinator provides support to the team across all areas of responsibility, with a primary focus on exam accommodations for law students.
Specific responsibilities include:
